Asset Tracking System {Beta 1}

      Metrology Central is working with several Open Source Asset Tracking Systems, and developers to bring you a free online calibration tracking system.  The first one has entered a open beta phase on our website, and is in need on volunters to help test, and see if this system can be manipulated to handle the requirements of our members.

The first system we are working with is Tracmor.  You can learn about the system here www.tracmor.com . We are making signifigant changes to the code to make it a better fit to the metrology industry.  It is currently fully functional, but still undergoing major changes so it is a better fit to the communities needs.  We would love to have your help in testing, and requesting changes to the current configuration so we can make them, and get closer into providing a more useful application for everyone.

Anyone with he time, and interest to help as a beta tester in this project please contact us here with you request, and we will assign you your own login/password, for you to use, and provide us with feed back on the changes we are making.

We are also in the middle of loading several other simular open source applications for testing as well.  As the beta testers tell us which is better, and easyier to modify to meet the needs of our members we intend to trim the list of possibles back down to one, and open it up as a free application to all of our registered members.
